JDL’s ownership is very involved with daily operations at all levels. We have our own staff employees, so that we can provide top-notch quality and accountability for our clients.

Our resources include:

• Full-time, in-house carpentry trade staff
• Project roles that include project manager, carpentry foreman, and a diversified group of carpenters
• Strong, seamless relationships with many of the best local tradesmen in the area for our clients’ additional needs

Insurance/bonding

We carry commercial liability insurances which include general liability, umbrella liability, workers compensation and commercial auto. Our company is also capable of obtaining bonding for multiple projects as needed.

Registered NH LLC

 Although New Hampshire does not have state-mandated licensing, we are a registered NH LLC. 

EPA lead-certified renovator

If you are doing renovations on a home that was built prior to 1978, JDL Building & Remodeling has the necessary EPA lead certification to legally perform the work. Surfaces with lead paint must be handled in accordance to EPA repair, renovate, and painting guidelines. We also have a trained Lead-Certified Renovator on staff.
